You Were Designed to Move Forward (Remember This When You Feel Stuck or Can't Move On)

This comes from plain logic (or "common sense") and not something you might read in a scientific journal. But have you ever noticed that the human body is designed for forward motion and upward motion?

If you've tried running backwards, you know what I mean. Our legs are designed to either walk or run forward, not backward. Observe your arms when you're walking or running and you'll see that they move naturally as you move forward. Now try walking backward and you'll see that your arms seem to move awkwardly.

Here's another thing: Your face was placed facing front so you'll see ahead as you move forward. When you walk or run backward you'll have to look backward, which is not natural - or else wear a cap with rear-view or side mirrors.

I believe that you were intentionally architectured by your Designer to move forward - something you'd want to keep in mind when you feel stuck, when you're backsliding, when you're moving downward, or when you can't seem to move on in your life. You're supposed to move ahead and not backward, level up and not down, improve and not regress.

Do you know of any scientific proof or is there anything else you've noticed with your body that shows you were designed to move forward? Share it with us!
